Cook couscous  according to package directions,Mound  couscous  on large    serving platter, and  make  a well in center,Use slotted spoon to transfer     vegetables  . Roast  vegetables  with  couscous recipe  - Preheat oven to 200°C,Cut capsicum    and pumpkin into 4cm pieces,Cut onion into 8 wedges,Place in a large roasting    . Generally, the  couscous  you find in supermarkets is a quick- cook  variety and you , more flavour to the  couscous  itself by substituting beef, chicken or  vegetable  .
